Tris-Glycine SDS-PAGE running buffer 10x

| Glycine | 144 g |
Dissolve tris and glycine in 1 L of milliQ water. Measure pH. pH should be about 8.3. If it is far from 8.3 then prepare solution again.
DO NOT ADJUST PH!!!
Filter through 0.65 um membrane.
To prepare 1L of 1x running buffer dilute this buffer 10x times and add 10 mL of SDS 10%. For 1 L:
